Using Incoming Email

The BMC FootPrints Service Core incoming email feature allows users to submit and receive information to and from the database without logging into BMC FootPrints Service Core.  Your BMC FootPrints Service Core administrator may have configured BMC FootPrints Service Core to receive email from a certain address, e.g., support@mycompany.com.  This topic covers the types of supported incoming email.
